Fantastic Room Features

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. The spa tower area felt modern and nicer, but accessing the gym and pool meant walking through an older, less clean section of the hotel. My room was modern but had some cleanliness issues, including dirty windows and dusty fixtures. The amenities were decent, but overall, the hotel definitely needs to step up its cleaning efforts to enhance guest experience.

The casino resort experience was mixed for me. I enjoyed the pleasant check-in and the spa services were excellent, but the presence of children made it challenging to relax. The overwhelming smoke in the casino area was also quite unpleasant. Despite these issues, I might consider returning, especially for the spa.

I had a wonderful stay at Blue Chip Casino, which was just the getaway I needed. The room was clean and modern with stunning views of Lake Michigan, and the staff was incredibly helpful. While the restaurant options were ample, the casino did have a bit of a smoky atmosphere. Overall, it was great value for money, and I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit!
